Small Bottle Eject Kit & Other Small Bottle Options

 

This kit allows failed bottles below 30-50 ml to be ejected from the tester by a air blast and also allows larger bottles to be ejected by the normal eject cylinder.

The guide rails on our testers can also be adjusted to sit 1-2 mm above the conveyor to accommodate small bottles.

​

For high speed testing of small bottles a fibre optic sensor can also be supplied for better consistency in bottle positioning.

​

Special inclusion heads for small necks can also be supplied.

​

If all you produce is small bottles machines can be supplied for better handling of these containers.
