STRAWBERRY PUNNET PUNCH - Semi Auto

This machine was built for one of our blow moulding clients that also does thermoforming.

The machine is adjustable and can punch lids for fruit punnets with hinged lids or basic flat lids.

The punnets are fed manually down a chute onto a conveyor which then its fed into the punched, then punched and stacked, Stacks of X high are fed onto a outlet chute for packing. The machine punches 25-30 punnets per minute.

The machine can also be fitted upstream with a punnet de-nester for less manual labour.
