Options

The following options are available for use with our leak detectors. For more information click on the option name for a detailed description and picture.

Auto Tuning

Auto Tuning allows our machines to be setup for high accurate test rates very easily.
Self Test

Our unique self test helps your operators learn how to set the machine for finding smaller holes.
Technical Part

Testers and Pressure Testers Our same leak detector controllers can be reconfigured for pressure testing and differential testing.
Batch Count

A simple low cost way of counting bottles and warning the operator that the box needs to be changed over, this can also be automated with the optional box diverter.
Box Diverter

This option diverts the tested bottles into 2 boxes and attaches to the outfeed of the leak detector and can be retrofitted to existing machines with the GEN 2 control.
90 Degree Inlet on Conveyor Infeed &Round the Corner Outlet Conveyors

Allows production to be diverted to the front or back of the machine. Additionally we can offer different conveyor layouts and types.
Inclusion / Web Neck

Testing Software is built into every leak detector to add an inclusion head for testing for plastic inside the neck.
Electrical & Mechanical Adjustment

Height Adjustment Especially useful on the 6ld-b & hp and 30 ld which have heavier conveyors than the 6ld-lp. For low cost reduce the work effort.
Drum Orientation

Mainly supplied with the 30 ld drum tester for automatically orientating round drums in 3-4 seconds. Also available with large drum testers, LDT series with integrated conveyors.
Twin Neck Test Head

Variable angle, variable centre,
- Used with the 30 LD to seal the second neck on drums with one entry that is angled.
Multi Head Leak Detectors

Leak detectors for very high speed.
Small Bottle Eject Kit
Fallen Bottle Detection and Ejection

A unit that can be used up or down stream of a leak detector. Mainly used downstream to stop fallen bottles clogging the entry to labellers and printers.
Powered Out Feed Conveyors

Conveyors added to the end of a leak detector to feed light weight bottles into labellers.
Angled Neck Testing

Allows angled neck bottle to be tested even for inclusion testing.
Hot Stamp Unit

Attaches to the left hand side of the leak detector mast and allows batch codes to be hot stamped (melted) into the top of a container.
In-line Bottle Weighing

Solutions for checking the weight of bottles at rates of up to 220 bottles per minute.
