Leak Testers

	2LD ENTRY LEVEL MODEL. Capable of testing up to2400 bottles per hour (BPH) on a single head on most bottles up to 0.5- 1L and still finding a 0.18 mm (0.007") hole. Standard machine can test from 50 ml - 6L (1.5 US Gal) or 50 ml - 10 L (2.5 US Gal), extremely versatile.
	4LD MEDIUM SPEED MODEL. Capable of testing up to 4000 bottles per hour (BPH) on a single head on most bottles up to 0.5- 1L and still finding a 0.2 mm (0.007") hole. Standard machine can test from 50 ml - 6L (1.5 US Gal) or 50 ml - 10 L (2.5 US Gal), extremely versatile.
	6LD FLAGSHIP .MACHINE Able to test small containers ( <120 ml) at up to 9500 per hour on a single head and still find a 0.17 mm (7 thou). hole and with the addition of a vacuum conveyor speeds of >11,000 bottles per hour possible on one head This package comes complete with AUTO TUNING software which allows operators with low skill to set up a machine quickly and easily . For faster speeds we make multi-head versions of the 6LD+1, see below. This machine delays the need for where a multi-head will be required.
	MULTI HEAD TESTERS - LINEAR INLINE The 6LD+1 is also available as a multi head tester with up to 7 heads. If more than 7 heads are required we can offer this in a reasonable time as we only have some extra software development to be carried out.
	30LD DRUM TESTER series offer high performance for testing containers from 5-30L in one unit. Many special options including round drum orientation for round containers with an offset neck. Also available as a manual testers
	LARGE DRUM TESTER -Testers for drums from 30-220L. We also offer the special LDT-205 LITRE STEEL DRUM tester that use Ultrasonics and can fill and test a stell drum for a 0.2 mm hole in 9-11 seconds.
	TRAVELLING MULTI HEAD TESTERS - We offer travelling head leak tester with a high speed tracking servo arm for up to 7 heads. On small containers this will allow test rates > 30,000 bottles per hour. The unit is available in 3 types to suit your application..
	TECHNICAL PART TESTERS - We offer technical part testers for BLOW MOULDED, INJECTION MOULDED & METAL FABRICATED PARTS. The unit shown uses our bottle style high speed pressure decay system. We also offer systems with DIFFERENTIAL and shortly MASS FLOW testing methods.
